Suzhou Zhanxin Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. was co-founded in August 2024 by Suzhou Capital Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Govtor Investment Emerging Industry Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. The company primarily invests through and manages the special FOFs for industries in Suzhou under the framework of the Jiangsu Strategic Emerging Industries Fund of Funds (JSEIFOF). As a company that serves both Suzhou and the wider Jiangsu Province, it empowers the city’s “1030” industrial structure, which consists of 10 major industrial clusters and 30 key industrial chains, and elevates both the city’s and the province’s strategic emerging industries to a new level. To date, the company has launched two FOFs to support strategic emerging industries, with a total fund size in excess of 24 billion Chinese yuan.
